Minamiaoyama Nanadorime Masulog 4.6 Superb... A continuous stream of impressions This is my personal No. 1 Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) experience, alongside Torichataro. First of all, I was surprised by the quality of the individual dishes. Simple yet delicate seasoning, at the level of what you would get at a famous Japanese Cuisine. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is cooked to perfection, with an irresistible crispness to the skin. You can add more skewers and choose your final dish. The final dish was particularly excellent, and I chose Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) and toripaitan. A fantastic dish that you should definitely try, and if a specialty restaurant opened it would probably become popular. @toshikiwatanabe Thank you so much for the precious seat, the sansho pepper, the wine, and everything else.
