肌寒い日は鍋！ということで、広尾でオススメしていただいた火鍋コースを食べに来ました♪
場所は広尾の日赤通りの雑居ビル４Fにある隠れ家的なお店で、店内は和モダンの空間でとても居心地良かったです♪
こちらは、シェフのお父様が育てたという無農薬野菜を仕入れ、和の要素を取り入れた創作中華や、体に優しい薬膳火鍋などが楽しめます(*^^*)

◇ラム肉と鎌倉野菜の水餃子
皮ぷるぷる♡肉汁も美味しかった♪
◇車海老の姿蒸し香味醤油仕上げ
自家製の香味ポン酢醤油が美味しかった♡
◇京赤地どりの胸肉棒々鶏
むね肉をじっくりと低温調理。
胡麻だれが濃厚でお酒も進みますね☆
◇海老のもちもちクレープの蒸し焼き
蒸した米粉のクレープは本当にもちもち食感で好き♡
◇厳選黒豚とラム肉の火鍋

火鍋の麻辣は激辛ではないが、後からじわっとくる辛旨スープ。白湯より私は麻辣派ですが、交互に味変していただけるのが醍醐味ですね♡
お肉も美味しく、お野菜もたっぷりで腹パンになり大満足でした(*^^*)
翌朝はお肌もプルプルでしたよ♪
食材、調味料にこだわり、無化調で仕上げた創作中華と、
