縛りタンの元祖は仙台にある大同苑。
こちらはそれとそっくりな縛りタンを
味わえる。
店内は黒を基調とした清潔でシックな内装。
肉は美味しいかったがサイドメニュー、
追加でオーダーしたカルビなどは
特筆するところはありませんでした。
縛りタンも自分は普通のネギタン塩の方が
好みでした。
でも、最近は少し良くなったと言う話を
聞いたので行ってみようかな。
