広尾駅から徒歩1分のイートプレイワークスに入ってるメキシコ料理のお店。
ブルックリンでミシュランの星を獲得したお店の日本初出店のお店。
この日は平日の夜に予定があり、その後の2軒目利用で伺わせていただきました。
お店はイートプレイワークス内の他のお店と同じようにカジュアルなカウンター席です。
21時くらいに行ったけどまあまあ賑わってた。
2軒目だったので、タコスと飲み物だけオーダーしました。
タコス以外にも似たような生地を使ったメキシコ料理がいろいろあります。
タコスには、魚、ポーク、ラムの3種類あったのでラムのやつをオーダー。
マリネしたラムショルダー、サルサクルーダ、赤玉ねぎ、マイクロコリアンダーの組み合わせです。
生地は直前に焼いたもので温かくて香りも良いし、食べた瞬間に穀物の良い香りがします。
ラムはマリネしてるからかラム臭さがなくてほろほろに柔らかくなってる。
ハーブも効いていてしっかり美味しかったですが、もうちょっとメキシカンなテイストが強くても良いのかなと思った。
他のタコスも食べにまた来たい。
