タン、ハラミ（タレ）、ホルモン盛り合わせ、肉寿司
カルビ（塩）、ロース（塩）、冷麺を食べました。
どの肉も美味しかったです。印象的には、タン、ホルモン盛り合わせ、カルビでした。
ハラミはタレでしたが塩でもよかったなぁと。
やはり塩で美味しく食べれるのは、肉が良いので。
冷麺も酢が自分の好みで調整できるのでよかったです。
肉寿司のタレが味付けが個人的は、微妙でした。
またロースの塩が多く辛さが目立って肉の良さが台無しでした。
