こんなところにパン屋があるなんて気付くわけない！たまたま通りすがり見つけたお店ですが、食べログ評価3.60超えてる！（2021年10月現在）
ということは、狙い撃ちでやってくる人もいるのかな？
よく分かりませんが、購入したのは『ルスティコ』（税込130円）という商品で、もっちりとしたフランスパンと書いてある。
表面はフランスパン特有の風味や食感でしたが、ソフトフランスって感じですね。なので、凄い硬いってわけでもなく。
で、中はむちっとしていましたね。なにより、素材の旨味がしっかりと生きているなと。丁寧な仕上がりで大満足でした。
