I never thought there would be such an elegant Barbecue. This is Restaurants that my Iranian friend told me about where you can eat real kebabs. I ordered a lamb kebab. I can taste the rum, but it doesn't reach the point where I would consider it to be smelly. The doneness is even, and the juiciness is just right and not too bad. The spices are exquisitely mixed together without any particular spices overpowering you! For the side, you can choose between naan or pillow rice, and I chose pillow rice. The rice grains are evenly stacked and have a fluffy texture without being sticky. Even though it tastes good, it's not too bad. It's a combination that goes really well with kebabs. The portion is relatively large. Pickled carrots, onions and lettuce salad. There are onions and paprika between the meat, and you can eat vegetables as well. After finishing the meal, you will feel a light buttery feeling of euphoria in your mouth. It might have been the butter that was in the pillow rice. It was wonderful. One thing to note is that if you don't make a reservation, you will be seated outside, so we recommend making a reservation on cold days.
