西麻布交差点からすぐの【ホルモンらーめん 8910 西麻布店】さん。東京は赤坂にもあり、チェーン店のようです。
夜は19時オープンで朝5時までやってるので、飲みの後の締めにぴったりですね。カウンターの奥には座敷テーブルもあります。
お腹ぺこぺこだったので、ホルモンラーメン(赤) 1,200円に味付け玉子トッピング 300円、さらに〆のリゾット(ライス+チーズ) 400円までいただいちゃいました。満足感すごい◎
麺はカタメで。具はデフォルトでシャキシャキの青ネギ、和牛ホルモン、玉ねぎが入っています。追加で味玉トッピングして正解！旨辛のスープにとろとろ玉子は間違いなし。
卓上には壺キムチ、胡椒、韓国一味、七味唐辛子、おろしにんにくが置いてあります。スープは思ったより辛くなかったので、途中で韓国一味を足したらちょうど良い辛さになって最高〜〜！
スープを3分の1ほど残し、ラーメンが入っていた韓国鍋を店員さんへお渡しし、〆のリゾットへ。チーズたっぷり、ぐつぐつ。ずっと熱々。このために胡椒があったのか！とひとりで納得（笑）いいアクセント。
ラーメン屋さんには珍しく、カードでも支払もできるのでありがたいです。
