高級国産ホルモンを使用した
牛骨ラーメンを食べれるお店。
最初にサービスで
キムチを提供される。
ホルモンラーメンには
赤と白があって､
辛さを求めて赤を選択。
麺の硬さを選べるんやけど
今回は硬めにしてみた。
麺はストレートの細麺で
コシがあり喉越しが良い。
スープは見た目は
すごく辛そうなんやけど､
ピリッと辛い感じやから
すごく食べやすい。
ただかなり熱々やから
口の中の火傷に注意⚠️
牛骨のコラーゲンと
ホルモンの旨みたっぷりで幸せすぎた。
大ぶりでぷりっぷりのホルモンも
ゴロゴロ入っとるから
食べごたえがある。
卓上に調味料が置かれとって､
ニンニクをたっぷり入れて食べるの
最強すぎて食べとる手がとまらんやった。
〆にリゾットか雑炊食べたいな〜って
思っていたら
テーブルにお店のLINE友達追加をしたら
無料という文字を見つけて
0円でリゾットを頂いた
鉄板を再加熱してくれるから
グツグツの状態での提供。
旨みたっぷりのスープが
ご飯と合うのよ。
とろ〜っと伸びるチーズも
癖になる美味しさやった。
都内で美味しいホルモンラーメンを
食べたい時におすすめ！！
