[Hiroo Station] This is a nice shop along the main street, 8 minutes walk from Hiroo Station and within walking distance from Ebisu Station. It seems that they started serving dinner in November 2023, so I had been curious about it for a while and visited for dinner on the weekend. The interior of the restaurant is stylish with glass walls, and you can hear the cooking sounds coming from the kitchen. The restaurant is very convenient for girls' gatherings, dates, and families.In addition to the atmosphere, each dish is carefully prepared and delicious! Burrata has a mellow taste that is fresh and slightly sweet. Needless to say, the combination of sweet and sour strawberries and just the right amount of salty Prosciutto is outstanding and delicious. ◆ Oyster and white asparagus with bourguignon butter ▷▷▷A dish of garlic-flavored Oyster fricassee with grilled white asparagus that retains its texture. It goes perfectly with plenty of soft Oyster, yet has a mellow and punchy flavor. This is too delicious! It was a combination of dishes that I had never tasted before. ◆Hokkaido new potato potage ▷▷▷My favorite vichyssoise. The rich flavor of the potatoes and the perfect amount of salt give it a mellow texture. The olive oil itself is very fragrant, and it's a wonderful soup where you can feel the flavor directly. ◆Beef shank and porcini bolognese ▷▷▷A superb bolognese that will make you happy with the huge beef shank and plenty of cheese. The occasional chewy porcini mushrooms are fun and delicious to the last bite. All the dishes have a pleasant balance and you will be happy till the end. The deliciousness of the meat becomes even more appealing when you drink it with the red wine MALVIRA 2006 recommended by the chef! I'm grateful to the chef for suggesting combinations like this! ◆Roasted Hungarian duck with Marsala wine sauce ▷▷▷I've never had such tender roasted duck before! I love that it's thinly sliced and easy to eat. Garnish with Brussels sprouts and mushrooms. The combination of these two unique textures is very delicious. The Marsala sake sauce felt a little sweet. It goes perfectly with the moist and delicious duck. ◆Amane Pudding ▷▷▷The pudding made with Isehara's Shoujaku eggs is super rich. This pudding is full of charm, with a hint of espresso that brings out the rich sweetness. Enjoying the moment with the drink of your choice is irresistible. This is a restaurant where you can relax and spend time, no matter who you go with. ◆MALVIRA2006 ◆TOKAJI ▷▷▷ The wine you can enjoy while listening to the chef's recommendations is the best (second time today). MALVIRA goes great with bolognese and duck meat, and TOKAJI is one of the world's three major noble rot wines and has an amazing sweetness! It had a wonderful taste, worthy of being called a dessert wine. This price for this location and good atmosphere! ? That's surprising. As mentioned in other people's reviews, I wonder if it's really worth raising the price a little more! I'm impressed. My favorite shops have increased. The staff, including the chef, have such great customer service that you can't help but smile. It was a wonderful shop that I can recommend with confidence! I look forward to hearing from you again.
