ＮＹ時代を懐かしみながら家内と食事
以前、ＮＹ勤務のころ、ＳＯＨＯにあるＮＯＢＵはとても大好きで、いつも使っていました。
そのＮＯＢＵが東京にできたとは聞いていたものの、なかなか行く機会がありませんでした。
家内が懐かしがっていたので、家内をつれていってきました。
ベビーリーフのサラダと、それからお食事で、わたしはサーモンの照り焼きを定食で食べました
定食はお味噌汁とご飯がつきます。家内は海老とホタテのスパイシーソース
いい食材をＦＵＳＩＯＮ的にアレンジして、アメリカ人でも食べられるようにしています。
サーモンもとってもいいサーモンでした。 できたらおしょうゆか、それか塩で食べたいな。
と思いながら食べました。ＮＹにいたころは、とっても喜んでＮＯＢＵに通っていたのですがいまや、いつも美味しい和食を
食べられるようになり、和食の食材は純粋に和食で食べたいと思うようになった自分の変化にも気付きました。
ただ、外国人はとても喜ぶと思います。アメリカ人は照り焼きが大好き。 ここの照り焼きの味付けはとても美味しいです。
また家内が食べていたえびとほたてもとても美味しかったです。
内装もアメリカ人好み。外国人のゲストがきたときには重宝するお店です。

とっても懐かしいアメリカを思い出すお店。NYにあるNOBUにはよく通いました
こちらで今日はランチ。最初は鰹ささみ、叩き、
次にでてきたのは、御鮨です。これが美味しかった。まぐろ、鰤、あじ、巻物とどれも美味しい。
そして次は肉料理。黒毛和牛のローストビーフ。とても美味しかったです。
次は、お蕎麦、とても美味しいお蕎麦、さっぱりしてました
デザートのケーキもとても美味しかった。最高でした。接客もとても良かったです。個室もとても広かったです。とても楽しいお食事でした。
