20時からの予約で訪問しましたが、空席もあり、すぐに入れていただくことができました。
この日は予約でいっぱいで、予約のないお客様は入ることができないようでした。
デザート以外の食事は最初にまとめて頼まなくてはいけないとのことで、
・サラミと生ハムの盛り合わせ
・カプレーゼ
・ピッツァ２枚(ドンサルヴォ、ナポリスタカ)
を注文しました。
◯カプレーゼ
モッツアレラチーズが非常にフレッシュで、印象的でした。
◯ドンサルヴォ
お店のイチオシ？の星型のピッツァです。
主にはモッツアレラチーズとトマトが乗っていて、生地が畳まれているところにも具材が入っています。
具材はシンプルながらも、しっかり特徴の出た美味しいピザでした。
デザートにはパンナコッタを注文しました。
最初にしか注文ができないので、注文が難しいのと、かなり良いテンポで提供いただけるので、お店の滞在時間は１時間強。
お値段も考えるともう少しゆっくりいただけるとありがたいかなと思いました。
