木曜12時半過ぎ訪店。東京タワー目の前の澁澤ビル、その1階はTHE PLACE OF TOKYO という結婚式場になっている。TANGOの店名は表からは見えないようで迷う。予約なしで行ったが、テラス席に入れた。ほぼ満席で、予約はしていくべきであろう。テラス席からは東京タワーを真下から見上げる。首は疲れるが！
メインが選べるメインコースで、「鹿児島産さつま純然鶏の炭火焼 実山椒のサルサ・メヒカーナ 麦味噌で仕立てたチリコンカン添」(¥2600)をオーダー。
先ずはサラダから。「阿武隈川メープルサーモン、ジュンサイと加賀太胡瓜のサラダ マンゴーパインのドレッシング」パインの香りのドレッシングとジュンサイが夏らしい。次いでスープとブリオッシュ。メインのチキンは、強くグリルされていて、チリコンカンやナスなど野菜の素揚げに隠されているが、香り豊かで美味い。食後には紅茶もセット。
こちらで何より良いのは、店員さんの接客。よく教育されているのがわかる。
