1串1串が絶妙な火入れと塩加減
とても美味しい
串ではない品物こだわりがあり、流れに緩急があって楽しいですねー。
今日のお気に入りは手羽先！
紙で足包んでくれてるので食べやすい。
中に色々な具材が詰まっているという工夫もされてて美味しかったなー。
そして〆のご飯も黄身そぼろを混ぜ混ぜしつつ待ってると、ご飯につくね串がででーんと乗って登場！
そこに黄身そぼろを豪快にぶっかけていただくという至福
