予約は電話で。確か2ヶ月前くらいにした記憶。
焼き鳥はコース 10本。〆にご飯。
全てが美味しい。
特につくねと軟骨が3150。
火入れ 塩加減は職人芸。
〆のそぼろと半熟玉子きみ。
接客も素晴らしく、親切で気が利く接客。
これぞ百名店にふさわしい名店。
