極上名古屋コーチン親子丼膳 1,800円！
水曜のランチ、少し早めの訪問。
11時40分到着で店内3割ほどの客。
ランチでの利用は初。
・極上名古屋コーチン親子丼膳 1,800円
をオーダーです。
11時51分、着膳！
親子丼にサラダ、ヒジキ、みそ汁、漬物が付いています。
とろ～り玉子に名古屋コーチンは美味しいですね。
弾力もあり、炭火焼きの香ばしさも良い感じです。
シャキシャキ感が残った玉ねぎも良いです。
汁だくも有難いのですが、
ただ、ちょっと味が良く、塩分多め。。かな。
と言いながら、当然完食ですけどね。
気付いたら店内満席。
退店した12時9分、外待ち9人待ちでした。
美味しい名古屋コーチンを食べさせる店！
火曜の19時前、先輩と2人で初訪問。
7月中旬オープンした時にランチで行くも
やってなかったのでリベンジです。
新店なのでとても綺麗なお店ですね。
カウンター、テーブル席の他に、
半個室(3室)、完全個室(1室)があります。
先ずは、
・生ビール
・串もりをお任せで5本
・わさびつんつん漬け
をお願いしました。
お通しは、生野菜と挽肉味噌ディップ。
このティップ美味しい！無限に食べられる（笑）
わさびつんつん漬けは、軽くツ～ンとくる逸品。
お酒が進みます。きっと焼酎とか日本酒だともっと合うんでしょうね。
カウンター席目の前で焼かれた串、どれも美味しいです。
ムチッとした名古屋コーチン、とても美味い。
つくねはホロホロです！噛むと解ける感じが良い。
砂肝も丁度良い歯応えです。
追加で
・胸肉炙りたたき
をお願いしました。
柚子胡椒でいただく胸肉はジューシーで美味しい！
どれも美味しく大満足です。
次回は、個室予約でお邪魔したいと思います。

11時41分、着膳！
しっかりした弾力の名古屋コーチンは美味く、トロッと卵が良い感じ。
出汁の味も良いと思います！
切り干し大根の小鉢は好きな味。
赤出汁の味噌汁はワカメ、
サラダ、きゅうりの漬け物は普通かな。
あっという間に全て完食です。
やっぱりちょっとお高めですが、美味しいい親子丼でした。
退店した12時08分、5人待ち。
