麻布台ヒルズを二回目の探検。
スカイラウンジの特別一般公開は、先週で終了とな。残念。
しかし、凄い建物だね。
この巨大建築物は、10回くらい来ないと全体像が見えて来ないな。
そんなこんなで、、
麻布台ヒルズ３階タワープラザでランチ。
初訪問の中華料理「希須林 麻布台／KISRIN」。
サレオツ系のチャイニーズバー。
仕事で南青山に通っていたころは、姉妹店、ちょくちょく食べてました。
赤坂と軽井沢にも姉妹店がありますね。
渡されたQRコードをスマホで読み込んでメニューを開き、オーダーするのね。
高齢者は、戸惑うだろうなあ。
スマホ画面のプッシュは「排骨担々麺／ぱいこーたんたんめん」2100円。
お膳に乗って、上品に登場。
排骨が別皿になっている配慮が嬉しい。
担々麺は、普通にかなり美味しい。
排骨をオレンジ色のスープに浸してから、オンザライス。
ご飯の甘みにスープのピリ辛がベストマッチ。
良いですわあ、これ。
夢中で完食。
