この日は海外からの要人の歓迎。
ジャパニーズサムライ10数名で、こちら、ザ・料亭の中の料亭、京都の本店はミシュラン三つ星という、有名な菊乃井さんで宴席を設けさせて頂きました。
ちなみに私は何気に初めて(^◇^;)。
赤坂のど真ん中にありながら、さすが料亭！という感じの表玄関。素晴らしいですねぇ〜。
２Fの座敷席に通されると、すでに主役は到着、、、お料理の通訳代わりにといきなり海外VIPの真向かいに座らせられます(^^;;、、、が、なんとこちら、英語のお献立までご用意頂いてたりして、素晴らしすぎです！
お献立は写真をご参照頂ければと思いますが、フルフルなコースとなっております！
中でも：
・鮪のお刺身の黄身醤油辛子
・松茸と鱧の土瓶蒸し
・牛肉の山椒焼き
・最後のお椀で出た蕪の摺流し
などは本当に絶品でした！
子持ち鮎は生きた状態でのお披露目などの演出もあり。
それにしても、超腹パン！
海外VIPの方も、日本料理でここまで腹パンになったのは初めてだと満足なご様子。
おもてなし、雰囲気、お味、設、全てが「流石！」な日本の誇る懐石料亭を堪能させて頂きました。ちなみに他の高級店とかと比べてコスパも悪くないというのも素晴らしいですね。
