路地裏にひっそりと風情のある
「やげんぼり赤坂店」さんへ。
京都に本店がある「やげんぼり」
赤坂で京都の味と雰囲気が楽しめるお店♪
「いつか頂くリスト」でBMしていました。
近くで予定があり、遅いお昼に伺いました。
幸い並んでいる方はいらっしゃらず
待つ事なくカウンター席にご案内頂きました。

出汁巻玉子、ちりめん山椒、羊栖菜煮、お櫃ご飯、赤出汁、香の物
想像以上にふわふわで大きな出汁巻玉子の登場に
感動しました。卵料理は、火加減が究極に難しい。
作ってらっしゃるところを見ると、かなり強火でしたが
表面が円やかです。
和久傳さんの物とまでではなくとも
高価なちりめん山椒も嬉しいです。
お櫃ご飯は、3膳分ほど入っています。
※ 屋号「やげんぼり」の由来
「薬研」は、薬草を粉末にする漢方の道具。 「薬研」のようなV字型の堀を薬研堀といいます。 薬種を手間を掛け薬研で粉末にするように、「やげんぼり」は、春夏秋冬、 労をおしまず精進を積み重ね、全国津々浦々よりおいしさを求めて、お集まりいただける店でありたい、との事。
