東京・赤坂見附にある日本料理屋「やげんぼり 赤坂店」。
夜は会席料理のお店で本日はランチでの訪問。
店内は靴を脱いであがるスタイルで二階席へ通されました。
ここは出汁巻玉子定食をいただけるお店。関西だと定番らしいけど関東では馴染みがない食べ物。
と言う事で試しにオーダーしてみる。
・八坂 1,800円 (出し巻、赤だし、じゃこ、小鉢、漬物、ごはん)
この日は2名で訪問。お櫃に入ったご飯はお代わり無料。
他にはひじき、じゃこ、漬物。
かなり巨大な出汁巻玉子が二つ。迫力満点。
ぷるんぷるんです。ご飯の上に乗っけて醤油を垂らして一気にかっこみます。
甘さはなく、出汁の効いたフワフワ出汁巻。美味しいです。
崩してご飯とズズっと。
普段こう言う食べ方しないのでなんか新鮮です。卵かけご飯の豪華版。
正直言ってそのまま食べても良さそうだけど。
巨大出汁巻を二つとご飯でコレステロールと炭水化物摂取でだいぶ腹パンになりました。
