焼肉。バブル期には特に流行りましたよね。新橋の徳寿とか、麻布十番の三幸園（閉店）とか、赤坂でいえば、ムギョドン（閉店）とか。ここ草の家も、高級焼肉店として名を馳せていたと思います。
五郎さんみたいに当てもなく赤坂の街をランチ時に彷徨っていたら、草の家の看板を見つけ、たまらなく懐かしい気持ちで入店しました。お客さんは8割の入りです。内装も豪華。
サラダバー、ドリンクバー付で、カルビ＋ハラミ焼肉定食が1150円（しかもPaypay20％還元）。質には期待していなかったのですが、ところがどっこい、それなりの肉を使っています。ハラミは細かく包丁が入っていてとてもおいしい。4切れずつ、と量も十分。
草の家なんて、もう黄昏時だろうと思っていたのですが、今でも賑わう優良店でした。
これはよかった。ごちそうさまでした。
