土日や平日を含めたお昼は姉妹店さがらでの営業。平日の夜のみ観世水を開けているそうです。
三食盛り天せいろ(ゆず切り/せいろ/田舎)
カレー南蛮蕎麦
以前さがらで食べた変わり蕎麦と同じ柚子切り蕎麦。桜切り蕎麦は本日はありませんでした。
直接嗅ぐと匂いは感じませんが、噛むと香りが広がりますね。変わり蕎麦にしては長いお蕎麦でした。
せいろも田舎も香りはしませんでしたがどちらも均一で、田舎の方は粗挽きのざらっとした歯触りがしました。
そばつゆは薮感の強い濃いめながら甘みのあるおつゆで、天ぷらは花衣のついた厚めの天ぷらでした。
カレー南蛮は出汁感が薄くしょっぱめ。無難なお味でした。
以前姉妹店さがらに伺いましたが、お味やメニューは一緒です。お蕎麦自体というよりつまみやお酒のメニューが多かったので居酒屋お蕎麦店として赤坂には必要なお店ではないでしょうか。
