お昼の2,300円のコース。
三色もりが気になったけど、コース見たら、えっ？こっちの方が得じゃない？と思ってしまった(笑)
まずは、蕎麦豆腐から。
胡麻豆腐の蕎麦バージョン。
胡麻よりあっさりめな感じ。
前菜は子持ち昆布と小松菜のおひたし。
おひたしには気持ち程度の蟹のほぐしみ？が乗っている。
子持ち昆布はしっかりめに味が付いていて、思わず、日本酒！と言いたくなる(笑)
甘めの味噌、胡桃？の食感、大葉の香り。
うん、酒を！酒をください(泣)
天ぷらは穴子とししとう、茄子、南瓜。
サクサク軽くていい。
蕎麦はハーフサイズくらいかな？
真っ黒な蕎麦つゆ。
濃いけど、蕎麦がポテンシャルが高く、全く負けない。
むしろこれくらい強くないと負けちゃうのかもね。
美味しかった。
あと2枚位食べられそう。
蕎麦湯も出てきます。
蕎麦プリン。
見た目は普通にプリンだけど、食べるとめちゃくちゃ蕎麦の風味！
これ、すご(笑)
苦しくなりすぎないちょうどいいコースでした！
お酒を飲まなければ、サクッと終わるので、お昼休みでもいけると思うd(￣ ￣)
