最近よんどころない理由で
赤坂によくいます。笑
何食べたい？と聞かれたので、
さんまの塩焼きが食べたい。と答えたら
このさんまの不作により
さんまが食べられる店が全然ない、、、涙
と赤坂をちょいうろうろし、
こちらのお店ならあるかもと
赤坂、観世水へ。
すごい、食べログ高評価店！
めちゃくちゃ点数高いやん！
お店自体はオシャレ感とかはないですが、
会社帰りに飲むにはいい感じのお店ですね。
めちゃくちゃ満席。たまたま空いていて
二人なら入れました。
予約してなかったので、お料理出すの
結構時間かかっちゃいますけど、、と
言われたのですが、それは全然オッケーです。
だから、普段は予約は必須です。
お店に入ると、秋刀魚のお刺身はありますが、
塩焼きはなかった、、
塩焼きにしてもらえますか？お願いしたら、
塩焼きにしてくれた！

○秋刀魚の塩焼き
わがままを聞いてもらった秋刀魚の塩焼き。
もちろん美味しいに決まってます。
内臓までしっかり頂けました。
お刺身で出すぐらいの新鮮な秋刀魚だから
塩焼きも最高だよね。
○松茸の土瓶蒸し
松茸たっぷり、こんなに松茸入ってるってぐらい
入ってて、松茸の出汁がしっかりでた土瓶蒸し。
豪華だな。ああ、秋だな。
飲み干したら松茸そのままいただきました。
豪華やな。
○だし巻き玉子焼き
熱々作り立てに大根おろしで頂きます。
出汁が効いてます。
味がしっかりしみ込んでいてめちゃくちゃ
美味しい。
○穴子白焼き
蕎麦屋さんならでは、アナゴの白焼き。
臭みがなく食べやすい。炙った香ばしさの
香りが堪らないです。
わさびと醤油でさっぱり頂きます。
日本酒にあう。
○蕎麦
もちろん蕎麦屋さんだから、蕎麦が美味しいのは
当たり前。
本当食べログの蕎麦屋名店に選ばれてるだけあり
お蕎麦めちゃくちゃ美味しい。
ランチもむちゃくちゃ人気があるそうです。
こちらのお店は本当お料理一品一品のレベルが
高いですね。何食べても美味しいです。
お店自体はオシャレ感とかないから笑、
デート用とかには難しいかもだけど、
気心しれた仲なら絶対喜ばれるお店。
本当お料理は美味しかった。
また再訪したい。
