中華割烹の一湯三菜ランチ＠赤坂「月居」 | ハジノシルシ
この日は用事があって、出社。
さすがに人が少ない赤坂ランチ。中華割烹「月居」へ初訪問。
一汁三菜ならぬ、一湯三菜ランチ（1500円）がお目当てです。
カウンターに着席すると目の前に唐辛子の山と奥には鳥が1羽丸ごとぶらさがっています。
これは期待できますねー。 辛いもの食べたい！
おかずは肉・魚・野菜・豆腐の4種類から2種を選びます。
野菜と麻婆豆腐にしました！唐辛子を見てしまったので、麻婆豆腐ははずせない！
野菜はジャガイモ・ザーサイ・ピーマンの山椒塩炒め。
これはあっさりとしていながらクセになる味。
麻婆豆腐も山椒たっぷり。
スープは野菜（大根や白菜など）がたっぷりのあっさりスープ。
付け合わせで卵炒めも。
この麻婆豆腐。期待以上に好みかも。
辛さの中にも酸味もあり、食欲をそそります。
ネギは刻んでおらずに白い部分も青い部分も入っていました。
最後にデザートがついてきます。
大満足のランチでした。
メニューをチェックしたら、麺類も美味しそうだなぁ。
黒酢拌麺、食べてみたい！
再訪決定のランチスポットを発見しました。

この日も当番で出社なので、楽しみの赤坂ランチへ。
大部分のお店が自粛要請に応えて休業しています。
前回初訪の際に美味しかったので、高級中華「月居」へ再訪。
コンロの目の前のカウンター席へ。
土鍋がめちゃめちゃ強火で熱されています。
前回気になったメニューの麻辣黒酢拌麺を注文。
牛肉・豚肉・羊肉が選べますが、羊肉（１３５０円）にしました。
小皿で牛肉が出てきたので、羊肉で正解！
って、羊好きの僕は間違いなく羊肉ですが。
結構こんもり盛られた麻辣黒酢拌麺。パクチーもたっぷりですね。
羊とパクチーは鉄板の組み合わせだからなー。
食べてみるとちょっとむせそうになるくらいの香辛料と黒酢。
でも、味わいははっきりしていて、美味しいです。
羊肉もたっぷり入っていました。
そして添えられていたレモンを絞ると、爽やかで酸味も増して柔らかくなり
美味しさが倍増しました。
ひっきりなしにお客さんが来ていて、常連さんも多そうなお店ですね。
お弁当も次々と売れていっていました。
中華激戦区の赤坂でも人気店のようです。
