赤坂の裏路地にて、偶然見つけたこちらのお店。
普段のランチには少々予算オーバーだけど、たまになら納得の、ちょっとだけご褒美ランチと言ったところ。
お料理の味、見た目、器、店全体の雰囲気
すべてにおいてクオリティ高く、赤坂裏路地の隠れ家を見つけたぞ！というかんじ。
さて、この日はたくさん並ぶランチメニューの中からよだれ鶏
低温蒸し鶏 山椒と唐辛子が効いた麻辣ソースをチョイス。
外は猛暑のなか、静かに食べる冷製の辛いもの
サイコーです♪
蒸し鶏のふんまりしっとり感。
どう蒸したら、こんな繊細な食感のピンクの鶏肉になるんだろう…
ソースは超本格、シビレ系の麻辣。
ひと口食べて、白米が足りないと悟る…笑
山椒がかなり大胆に効いたソースに、早々に舌が痺れます。
下に敷かれた茄子(煮浸し風味？)がまた、シビレの箸休めになります。
糠漬けかと思って食べたお漬物もまた、
食べてびっくり。
中華の香辛料のお味のピクルスでした。
とても洗練された、ステキなお店。
他にも目移りするほど気になるランチメニューがたくさんあったので、また近いうちに伺います！
