We had a business dinner. Everything was delicious. It wasn't purely Chinese, but rather a course that felt like a fusion of Japanese and Chinese cuisine. I don't know if that was the chef's intention, but I was able to enjoy Chinese and Japanese cuisine in a very positive sense. The braised shark fin was very classic and I was impressed with how well it was balanced. I forgot to take a photo, but we had a choice of three dishes for the final course -Ramen, dandan noodles, and curry - but I wanted to try them all, so I chose "all of them." The portions were small, so it was just as good. Ramen was excellent. It was the kind of menu item that made me want to eat just that one dish. The curry also felt "properly Chinese." Thank you for the meal.
