赤坂の有名店『WAKIYA』に初訪店しました。
朝ごはんを市場でガッツリ食べたので、軽めに蕎麦でもと思ってましたが、こちらの前を通り過ぎる際に気が変わり中華モードになりました。
店内の雰囲気がすごく良く、どこぞの邸宅のダイニングを連想させられました。
年数は経っているので古くも感じますが、内装は好みでした。
通された席はトップライトのガーデンテラス。
観葉植物と装飾の組合せの非日常感がいいです。
"海鮮あんかけご飯"をオーダー、お水の他にあったかいお茶も出されました。
具材多めのあんかけご飯、貝柱•海老•烏賊、野菜はアスパラ•筍•きのこ•白菜と豊富です。
具材の艶が美味しさを物語っています。
当然と言えば当然なんですがハイクオリティの中華丼でした。
高級中華のあんかけ、次回ディナーにて『WAKIYA』の真髄を味わいたいです。
