赤坂の繁華街ど真ん中に構える人気宮崎郷土料理店。ランチ時はサラリーマンが行列をなすとして有名なお店だが、夜に訪問。
宮崎料理といえば、チキン南蛮。
宮崎県民の人に言わせれば、宮崎以外で食べるチキン南蛮はチキン南蛮じゃないとのこと。
一般的にチキン南蛮というと鶏もも肉の唐揚げにタルタルソース。しかし宮崎では、鶏むね肉が使われることが多く、油で揚げた後に甘酢を加えているため、チキン単体でも深い味わいとなっていることが特徴。
チキン南蛮以外にも地鶏の鉄板焼きやお刺身など宮崎の食材を使った料理を宮崎出身の大将が作る。わいわいがやがやした賑やかなお店。焼酎も都内ではなかなかお目にかかれない宮崎現地の銘柄も多数。思わず焼酎が進む。
夜も人気で月曜でも満席だった。予約推奨。
