平日12時頃来た、店内はほぼ満席
チキン南蛮のレディースセット(140グラム)を注文、1050円、適切な価格
10分ほどで到着、ご飯、豚汁風の鶏汁、漬け物、小鉢(茄子のお浸しとしらすおろし)、タルタルたっぷりのチキン南蛮にはレタスとトマトが添えられる
チキン南蛮って本場の宮崎や東京の美味しい店で食べると毎回衝撃を食らうが、凄まじい破壊力を持った料理だと思う
そのメインのチキン南蛮だが、例によって最高、フワフワでジューシーなお肉を、フニャフニャで甘酢を浴びた皮が包む、タルタルなくとも甘っぽく十分に美味しい
これにたっぷりのタルタルがかかる、タルタルは粗めに潰した茹で玉子の白身と黄身が食感を大きくしてくれて、ただの汁だけソースでなく具ありソースとなる
この組み合わせに勝てるものはそうそうない、麦ご飯が無限に進むコンビネーション
そして豚汁風の鶏汁が面白い、大根や玉ねぎに牛蒡など、ほぼ豚汁だが肉が皮付きの鶏肉、普通に油がよく出ていて美味
そして大きめの丼で提供されるから、ラーメンでも食べているかのような気分になる
レディースセットとはいえ、小鉢も付くし鶏汁はビックサイズ、チキン南蛮も4つくらいあり、ご飯おかわり無料なため、満腹することは間違いない
