熱々のちきんにたっぷりのタルタル。
そして冷えっ冷えの冷汁。
冷汁とは宮崎の郷土料理で、
きゅうりやミョウガ等が入った
冷たい味噌汁の事。
これを熱々の麦飯にぶっ掛けて食すのが美味い！
まずはちきん南蛮をガブリといって、熱々の麦飯をかっ込む！
美味いです！
次は冷汁を適量 麦飯に入れ、ちきん南蛮をガブリといった後に
冷汁麦飯をかっ込む！
最高！

がこの日は久しぶりに赤坂で仕事だったので、赤坂に来たら毎回寄っているこちらを訪問。
ほぼ満席だったが、運良く席が空いたので即入店。
◉ちきん南蛮定食 ¥1,500
◉冷や汁変更 ¥250
いつの間にか値上がりしていた。。。
逆にこのクオリティでこのご時世、よくここまであの値段でやってくれていたと、頭が下がります。
いつ来ても店員さんも愛想が良く、厨房のマスターも活気がありとても心地よい店だ。
約5分後、配膳。
ちきんは6個！
レディースセットだと4個なのかな？
ちきんをたっぷりとタルタルにくぐらせてかぶりつく！
相変わらず美味いなぁ。
途中、冷や汁をかけてちきん南蛮と共にかき込む！
相変わらず最高のランチでした。
