❥Day of visit: Sunday 11:30 (immediately after opening) ❥What I ordered: Oyster and thick shiitake mushrooms in trapanese sauce (linguine), quattro formaggi with honey, tiramisu, pudding, hot coffee. Strolling around after a (late) New Year's visit. I happened to be able to enter the store at the same time it opened. I had been interested in Italian Cuisine food for a long time, so I was lucky to be able to try it! This is a problem because there are so many options on the menu. Today's recommended menu includes my favorite Oyster pasta and my favorite quattro ♡ It's also served with honey! (I don't like restaurants where you order a separate order even though it's Quattro Formaggi lol) The inside of the store has the feel of a long-established store, and the atmosphere is slightly bright and calm with slightly down lighting. It's nice to be able to eat lunch elegantly without having to worry about putting your bag or bag down. The pizza was perfectly charred and piping hot! The cheese is melty and melty, and the extra honey is generously added to make it even more delicious ♡ Why do cheese and honey go so well together? My favorite Oyster pasta is also seasonal, but I'm glad I happened to try it this time♬ It was my first time trying Trapanese sauce, which is a typical Sicilian sauce! Does it look like Genovese? It's delicious and goes great with linguine. Oyster extract makes Oyster meat plump and delicious! I also love Genovese, so I also like this Trapanese sauce. When ordering dessert, the staff informed me that they would also have pudding today, and since I was greedy and wanted to try both, I chose tiramisu and pudding! And with a delicious cup of coffee that has a deep, bitter taste. The sweet and bitter tiramisu goes perfectly with pudding and coffee ♡ The pudding has a slightly rare texture in the middle and has a smooth and melty texture, while the edges are firm and slightly firm, so you can enjoy the combination of textures in both ways. The pasta and pizza are delicious and my stomach and heart are full and happy! This is Italian Cuisine restaurant that I would like to come back to again♬ The staff were friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end.
