最初は天ぷらの天茂に行こうと来たのだが、土曜定休日だったorz しかし隣をみると鰻屋があるな。ランチうな重もあるのか？行ってみよう。富貴貫と書いてふきぬきって読むらしい、、、
1250頃イン。3割位の入りなのですぐ着席。1階だけでなく、地下1階にも席がある様だ。メニューを見る、、、やはりうなぎの名店なので高い。俺はランチうな重の竹3200円をチョイス。ちなみに梅は2200円。大体通常価格の半値位だな。
5分位でうな重出てくる。すまし汁には上品に花の麩が浮いている。あとは漬物か。白菜と沢庵？うなぎは良い香りで素晴らしい！うなぎを食べてみる。箸でカットするが切りにくいな。身は柔らかいが、皮がホロホロになってない。味はめっちゃ上品な味わい。タレはかかっているが、かなり淡白な風味だ。うなぎそのものは香ばしく、そして味わい深い。うん、美味しいな。香のものとのバランスもよく、すまし汁も出汁が効いて美味い。うなぎは上品系だが名店らしく確かな美味しさだ。
〆て3200円。PayPayでお支払い。たまには店で食ううなぎも良い。赤坂はやはり上品な店ばかりだな。
