GW中の赤坂近辺は、思いの外閉まっているお店が多く、人通りも少ない為結構静かな街に思えました。
そんな中、元気？に営業されている鰻屋さん『赤坂ふきぬき』へお昼に初訪問。
GWの為か、ランチメニューはやっていないとのことでした。地下に案内されて、ボックス席に着席。
木目調を基調とした店内は、とても静かで、割烹料理屋にいるかのよう。
うな重松+御膳セット

を注文
御膳セットとは、鰻料理に1800円ブラスすると、小鉢２品とホタテサラダがついてくるというもの。
鰻重を待つ間、串焼きや鰻巻きをツマミとして頂きました。
ツマミを全て完食した頃に鰻重の登場です。
鰻は、蒸し加減が非常に良く、最高に美味しいです。
タレも甘過ぎず、どちらかといえば、キリっとした辛口ですが、鰻を邪魔していません。
あ～なんて贅沢なのかしら～と心の中で呟きながら、黙食してしまいました。
至福の一時でした。
