カウンターと半個室で作られた落ち着いた雰囲気で、お店で手作り豆腐と国産鶏をウリにしているお店。
注文した品は
◆出来立て豆腐
店内で作られた自家製豆腐は口溶けが良く、大豆がこれでもかと言うほどの濃厚味わいで、
カツオの酒盗、山葵のり、沖縄シママース、出い割り醤油、柚子胡椒、おろししょうが、鮪節の削りで味変も多種の一品。
◆鮮魚のお造り5品
生本マグロ、サーモン、赤海老、真鯛、カンパチと鮮度抜群。
盛り付けもお上品で食欲もそそる一品。
◆岩手県産真牡蠣
こぶし大の大きな牡蠣。
口いっぱいに広がる磯の香りと牡蠣の濃厚なクリーミーで幸せになれる一品。
◆酒のあて五品盛合わせ
鰆の西京焼き、もずく酢、卵焼き、ローストされた鴨、豆腐、ポテトサラダと全ての小鉢料理にひと手間が施されていて、一人飲みでしたらこれで事足りぐらいのボリュームです。
◆ひな鳥の半身揚げ
秘伝のタレにしっかり付け込まれたひな鳥の半身揚げ。
低温でじっくり揚げられたひな鳥は外身パリパリ、中はジューシーな最高な一品。
通常は常連様への一品ですが、1週間ほどを目途に予約すると提供するとスタッフの方が仰っていました。
是非、食して頂きたいです。

モモ串、手ごねつくね串てり焼き、レバー串、ぼんじり串、砂肝串
ひと串、ひと串ボリュームたっぷりで、焼き加減が抜群。
焼き過ぎずと言った感じで、ジューシーな味わいです。
頼みすぎ注意かもしれません(笑)

まず思ったのが、日本酒の品揃えが豊富。
飲み過ぎないようにと思い日本酒は控えて注文しましたが、やっぱり目が行ってしまって、4種類も注文してしまいました。
一杯目のビールもサーバーが良く手入れされているなと思うぐらいに美味しく、これでもか！と言うほどにキンキンに冷えてました。
また、途中で小休止程度に注文した店長考案のサワーが10種類弱ありましたが、これまた手が込んでいてとても美味しいサワーでした。
今回は単品注文でしたが、赤坂見附近くという立地上、コースも多種多用に用意されて、歓送迎会などにも使い勝手の良いお店だなと思います。
