ドイツ大使館があるせいか。
赤坂にはドイツ料理のお店が多い気がする。
好きです、ドイツ料理。
というか、ドイツパンが。
あのライ麦のどっしり酸味のある感じが。
だから、ここのお店のドイツパン食べたかった。のだけど、
土曜日の12じ過ぎに行ったら、
サンドイッチやパンは売り切れ。
がーん。( ；∀；)
悔しいのでまだまだたっぷり並んでる
焼き菓子いただいてくか...
でもこいつらも、どれもがっしりした見た目で、
なんかドイツらしくて、おいしそう！
モーン、という名前のお菓子。
見た目からして、
これ絶対好きなタイプのやつだと思って選んだんだけど、
大正解(｀・ω・´)
バターたっぷり分厚めさくさくサブレで
チェリージャムを挟んで
チョコレートで綴じている。
サブレのかたちが独特。
モーン、てなんて意味だっけ…
山？？
なにはともあれ、おいしい。
ざくざく。
チェリージャムの甘酸っぱさと
チョコレートの甘さ。
ビスケットもいただいた。
ビスケットていうか、
このふんだんなバター感は
私の中ではクッキー認定だわ。
素朴な手づくりぽい味がいいなー。
おフランス系のケーキ屋では置いてない、
ごっつり野暮ったいくらいな味だよね(ほめてる)。
お店の佇まいもどこか、老舗和菓子屋風だし...。
どちらも食べ応えある、
しっかり甘党を満たしてくれるお味でした。
次回は朝早く、サンドイッチリベンジを図ろう。
