乃木坂方面より赤坂駅へ向かう途中で見つけた「ドイツ菓子とパン」の看板。
１６時頃だったため、パンはなくなっていましたが、菓子類はショーケースにも棚にも並んでいました。
先客の合間に店主さまに声をかけられ、日持ちを伺うと焼き菓子は２週間、チョコのものは１か月！とのこと。
パイナップルを使ったアナナストーチヘンとスイスの山各３５０円を購入。
どちらも本場ならではなのか、独特の風味があり、好みは分かれそうですが、レトロで実直な作り方を感じました。
