■Shop name Azusa River ■Location Akasaka Mitsuke Station ■Budget 3,000-4,000 yen ■Menu ordered ・Salted sea urchin ・Potato salad ・Sesame mackerel ・5 kinds of sashimi ・Spring vegetable Tempura ・Meat tofu ・Boiled fish *Several types of sake ----- I found a really good shop in Akasaka. It was after 8pm on a weekday. After work, I went to Akasaka sauna with three friends. Akasaka saunas have been really hot lately! I got my body in perfect shape and headed into the city. I happened to see it and was attracted by the nostalgic exterior, so I went there. I went underground and entered the store, where I found Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) with a traditional atmosphere. It was a weekday, so there were sparse customers, but 70% of the place was filled. There were many menus posted on the wall. I was excited to see the lineup of sake. The above is what I ordered this time. I will review the things that impressed me. >Sesame mackerel The best dish of the day. Sesame mackerel is a specialty/ Local Cuisine of Fukuoka. The tenderness of the meat, the compatibility with the sesame and Japanese-style soup, the fact that the mackerel is not smelly, and everything else about it are highly rated. I recommend ordering this first! I think many people will become addicted. > 5-piece sashimi platter Spanish mackerel Red sea bream Tuna Yellowtail Kanpachi Akaza shrimp Firefly squid First of all, it's not a 5-piece platter lol. I don't know if they were offering it as a service, but it's great! The size of each piece seems a little large and most of them have a firm texture. All of them are delicious, so this is a must-order dish. > Meat tofu The beef is seasoned and has a sweet flavor. The flavor is similar to Sukiyaki, so please be careful if you don't like sweet things. Personally, I like meat tofu that is more thoroughly stewed, but I think this is fine as it is. It's a healthy dish with shirataki noodles and tofu. That's all. I also recommend ordering boiled fish, which is excellent as a snack with alcohol and has great value for money. Thank you for the meal. I'll come again. Posted: 3.28
