本日は赤坂見附でのランチ！
この界隈には韓国料理店が多く、その一軒「チョンギワ本店」にやってきました。
ランチは千円程度で本格韓国が頂けると、開店と同時10名以上の客で賑わいをみせております。
本日頂くのは「ソルロンタン」。
「ソルロンタン」は牛の肉・骨・内臓などを長時間煮詰めて出来るスープで白濁色をしているのが特徴。牛の旨味が溶け出し優しくあっさりした味わいで、卓上の調味料で自分好みの塩味に。
具材は牛肉・ネギ・そうめんなど。
ライスに加え、キムチとサラダ付き。
食べた後は身体がポカポカ。
