1994年新宿歌舞伎町で創業、2006年赤坂へ移転 |
赤坂近辺で仕事をしていた時分にランチでよくお世話になっていた金葉庭さん、本日は海外から一時帰国中の後輩にご馳走するためディナータイムの訪問。といってもビールひと瓶頼んだ以外は、ランチ同様ちゃんぽん頼むだけでしたが。
こちらのちゃんぽん麺一杯千円也は、長崎ご出身の店長さんが、朝イチで豚骨と鶏ガラ煮込んで仕込む濃厚な白湯スープに、たっぷりの野菜とイカやらかまぼこやら豚肉やらが入った正統派のちゃんぽん麺。食べ応えあり、且つ体にも優しい味で、飲み会翌日の食欲わかない日のランチに大変重宝してました。
海外では日本式ラーメンこそ流行ってますが、ちゃんぽんの店はなかなかないようで、後輩くんに久々のちゃんぽんを堪能させてやることができました。
