Remarks |
[Relocated from Akasaka Social Building 2F, 3-12-7 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo in June 2011] |
The original Japanese restaurant is an arrangement of Local Cuisine from Yamagata, the owner's hometown, and this time's course is all about mushrooms, a specialty of Funagata Town. I can only recommend Mash Room so much! From the soup to the shrimp wraps, you'll be amazed. From the Yamagata beef garnish to the famous imonibe, you'll be able to eat everything you want, and while it's healthy, you'll still feel full. It seems that some customers are drawn to this mashroom indulgence, and the owner himself asks with a wry smile, ``Are you okay?'' and enjoys the ingenious dishes to the fullest. Enjoy a selection of locally produced alcoholic beverages, including Takahata wine from Yamagata. I liked the refreshing and calm atmosphere inside the restaurant, and I was able to have a good time and warm up old friendships.
