Remarks |
[Relocated from Akasaka Social Building 2F, 3-12-7 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo in June 2011] |
The store was on the first basement floor, about a 3-minute walk from Akasaka Station. I ordered the duck shabu course, and I also received appetizers, sashimi, and grilled dishes made with Yamagata ingredients, and each dish was carefully crafted and all were delicious. Personally, the shime mackerel was the best. And duck shabu. The shabu-shabu shabu is served in the soup stock in the orthodox manner, but the owner first gave us detailed instructions on how to make shabu shabu by placing it on top of the green onions and the root root and floating the shabu-shabu on top. Everything is delicious and I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.
