赤坂見附駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にある中華料理屋さん 黒猫夜 赤坂店。
そこそこリーズナブルな価格で中華料理を楽しめる、大衆的な居酒屋のような雰囲気のお店。2021年2023年中国料理tokyo百名店に選出されています。
わいわい賑やかに楽しめる空気感なので、友人や会社付き合いなどの飲み会利用におすすめ。全部で32席とそこまで広くないので、事前予約は必須です。
今回いただいたのは、季節の前菜盛り合わせ、上海黒酢酢豚、エビマヨネーズ、正宗麻婆豆腐。豚肉の腐乳和え、冬瓜、ナッツの、お酒が進む3種のおつまみからスタート。
姫サザエのニンニク醤油漬け、枝豆の老酒漬け、トウモロコシのシェンダン天ぷら、鰻の肝の煮凍り、色々モツの白湯スープ、夏野菜の中華ピクルスなど、趣向を凝らした盛り付けも美しい季節の前菜盛り合わせ。黒酢たっぷり、分厚くカットして表面をカリッと揚げた、ジューシーな肉汁と甘酸っぱいソースの組み合わせが堪らない上海黒酢酢豚。カリッと揚げた海老天にまろやかなマヨネーズソースを和えた海老マヨ。グツグツとしており汗が吹き出るほど辛味の強い、ご飯やビールがどんどん進む辛ウマ麻婆豆腐など、どれも本格的な味付けで美味でした！
