赤坂ランチパトロールに入り口が判りづらいが知る人ぞ知る人気店の黒猫夜 赤坂店さんに久々に来店,
スタッフさんに尋ねるとランチタイムは週替わりワンメニュー980円だけだそうで大盛に出来ますか？と聞くと＋200円ですと言われ快諾しました,
牛スジ肉と根菜類の煮込み餡掛け土鍋焼きのが提供され土鍋からご飯が焦げる香ばしい匂いがします,杓文字で鍋底を刮げてザックリと混ぜ合わせて頂くと柔らかく煮込まれた牛スジ餡掛けご飯は八角茴香の香りとオイスターソースの旨味が広がり土鍋焼きは最後まで熱々で楽しめます,干し海老入りの玉子トロミスープと大きなボールで提供さるサラダを箸休めに美味しく頂きましたd(´ڡ`๑)

メニューは無く日替わりランチのみです,
今日は土鍋焼の牛スジと根菜の餡掛けにスープとサラダでした,
杓文字でザックリ混ぜ合わせるとジュワッと音がする熱々をレンゲで頂くと茴香の香りが微かに味の染みた大根とシャキっと牛蒡も良い食感,白湯スープは生姜が効いてます,
台湾屋台の魯肉飯みたいで美味しかったですd(ᵒ̴̶̷͈̀ㅂᵒ̴̶̷͈́ )

前回 金曜日に来店したらお休みだった黒猫夜 赤坂店さんにリベンジの再来店,スタッフさんに聞くとランチは月曜~木曜だけメニューは無く座るだけで日替わり1000円ランチが出てきます,
土鍋ランチが定番ですが本日はお皿で提供される3色丼で中華カレーかな？と思って食べてみるとシチューみたいですが肉は柔らかな豚バラ肉です山芋オクラや辛味大根と混ぜ合わせ味変で楽しみ玉蜀黍スープとサラダを箸休めに美味しく頂きました,会計時に今日のランチは何？と聞くとイケメンの調理スタッフさんが出て来てトマトペーストを入れたハヤシライス風の創作ルーローハンだと説明してくれましたd(´ڡ`๑)
