六本木店にはよく伺わせて頂きましたが、赤坂店は初めての利用。
知る人ぞ知るガチ中華のお店で、夜は中国郷土料理をメインとしたかなりマニアックな料理と中国の地酒を楽しめます。
ディープな料理が多いので、かなり上級者向けの中華料理店なのですが、ランチは比較的日本人が慣れ親しんだ感じのお料理を週替わりのワンメニューで提供してくれています。
Ｘで週替わりメニューを予めチェックして訪問しました。
※ランチメニューは、六本木店、赤坂店共通の模様
■紅焼肉飯〜豚の角煮の土鍋ごはん＠1,000円（税込）

土鍋ごはんの他には、岩海苔のスープ、豆腐とトマトのサラダが付きます。サラダには、枝豆がたっぷり入っていて、健康に良さそうな内容でした。
さて、メインの豚角煮ごはんですが、土鍋に入ってグツグツの状態で提供されました。角煮自体、脂身までトロトロに仕上がっていて旨味があって美味しいのですが、シャキシャキの青梗菜、人参も丁度良い食感で、八角や五香粉のような強いスパイス感がある餡が素晴らしく美味しいですね。土鍋ご飯もしっかり美味しくて、餡とご飯だけでも食が進む感じでした。
店内は、六本木店よりは入りやすい感じでしたが、カウンター席はやや席間狭めです。
キッチン、ホール各１名の体制と思われますが、バタついた感じはなく、接客も丁寧でした。
こちらのお店の真髄は、店名の通り夜じゃないと味わえないと思いますが、ランチもクオリティーが高いですね。ワンメニューなのに人気があるのも頷けます。
ランチで美味しいと感じたら、是非夜に訪問してみてください。個性的で、他店では味わえないような中国料理をいただけます。

・11:35過ぎにはカウンター席６席が埋まり、それ以降の１名客は座敷席での相席
・11:45には、満席となり、エレベーター前に待ち行列が発生
