ホルモン火鍋
涼しくなってきたので、お昼ご飯に火鍋をいただきました。
いつも羊肉を選びがちなので、今回はあえてのホルモン。
もちろん激辛で。
ホルモンはどこの部位だかわからないものが色々入っていて面白い。
(多分、豚ハツ、ガツのような部位)
サクサク噛み切れるので食べやすい。
激辛にすると、麻辣醤をたくさん乗せてくれるんだけど、こちらが痺辛で美味しい。
痛いような辛さではなく、ちゃんと唐辛子の旨味を感じられます。
これからどんどん寒くなるから、火鍋の頻度があがりそうです。
本格火鍋をランチに。
今日は辛いものが食べたくて、ランチは火鍋にしました。
牛、豚、海鮮、ホルモンもあるけど、やっぱり火鍋は羊！
辛さはもちろん激辛。
激辛とはいっても、そんなに辛い訳ではなく、花椒がピリリッと香ります。
セットの生たまご、私はすき焼きのようにつけて食べるのが好き。
油多めで熱々のお鍋を程よく冷ましてくれます。
前よりも、ボリュームダウンしたのかな？
程よい満腹感で、食べ終わりました。
唐辛子と生姜で身体ポカポカになるので、そろそろ今季は食べ納めかな？

久しぶりに火鍋屋さんでホルモン火鍋(激辛)をいただきました。
久しぶりだからか、いろんなことが変わっている気がします。
·辛味をつける唐辛子と花椒の醤が全く混ぜられずに鎮座
·ホルモンめっちゃ多い！

全体的に重め、ボリュームたっぷりになりました。
