羊の火鍋
前回来たら臨時休業だったので、ようやく訪問。
なかなか風邪が治らないので身体温めたいわけ。
迷うが１番高い高いっつってもお手頃な羊にします。
細かく切られた羊は臭みなく、程よいかみごたえ、野菜たっぷり、スープを吸った春雨や豆腐、デカイキクラゲ、美味しいー。辛さは普通辛にしたが結構辛い、いろんな香辛料が入ってるから口の中で胡椒破裂するわ山椒破裂するわで大騒ぎ。
タマゴはどのタイミングで使うのが正解なのかな、、鍋で少し火を入れて戴いたが浸けて食べても、ご飯入れて〆の雑炊にしても良さそうだ。
１人鍋サイコーだ。
