ランチ激混み店。
外から見たらまさか混んでるとは思わないビルの5階。いままで何度5階まで行って諦めて帰ったことか。
本日は12時半くらいで1人だったのですんなり入れました。
牛肉の火鍋か、羊肉の火鍋か悩んでたら、別のメニューに気付き、そこに「干鍋」の文字が。
鍋と聞くと日本人の僕らは汁のある鍋料理を想像してしまうが、干鍋は「汁なしで金属製の鍋に入った炒め物」(汁がなく干からびてるから干鍋なのかな)
炒め物ならばホルモンかなと、「ホルモン干鍋」を注文。コレが大当たり。麻辣香鍋のように香り高く、辛い炒め物。
匂うはずのホルモンが、この味付けにされると風味と歯ごたえのある美味しい肉になる。また、本当はジャガイモが入るべきところ、滅多に注文が入らないので冷凍のフライドポテトで代用してるんだけど、それも不思議と合う。
これから寒くなるので次回は普通の火鍋を頼むだろうけど、さすが人気の火鍋屋、干鍋もうまかった。
