盛り上がる
８人での宴会、４人掛けテーブルが２つ。
ドリンクは生ビール・ハイボール・レモンサワーなど好みの１杯目で。
その後、マッコリからチャミスルへと、これは定番パターン。
食べ物も、海鮮チヂミ、チャプチェ、サムギョプサルをテーブルごとにオーダーし、
こちらも定番のオーダーパターン。
初訪メンバーも何人か居たので、これで結構満足かと思っていたが、若者も多かったため、
追加でオーダーしたのがカムジャタン。骨付き肉とジャガイモの鍋。
骨付き肉は、結構食べにくいが骨の周りの肉は煮て柔らかくなっているし、これはこれで美味い。
が、なんと言っても、この鍋は締めの雑炊が美味い。
ほぼスープが無くなるまで混ぜながら煮込んだ雑炊は、旨味凝縮しっとりチャーハン的。
最後まで盛り上がる一夜だった。 が翌朝のブレスケアには要注意である。
東京で一番
韓国人の友人・李君に紹介してもらった店。
彼が言うには、東京で一番、本場に近い味を提供している店とのこと。
暑い日が続いているので、暑気払い企画ということで、
熱い・辛い韓国料理を食べようとFaceBookの友人に呼びかけたところ、
アッというまに８人の宴会イベントが出来上がった。
しかも男性メンバーは悪い奴らばかり。
（悪い奴＝遊んでいる、仕事は出来る、気持ちがいい連中）
店名・住所だけで、悪い奴らは迷わずに到着。
料理のセレクションは、李君に任せ、サムギョプサル、豚足、ケジャン、チジミなどが出てきた。
最初に出てきたチジミは、他店で食べるペタッという薄いものではなく、ふっくら柔らかいもの。
これは、旨い！
ケジャンも辛いだけでなく甘みのある唐辛子に漬け込んであったものなので、酒が進む一品。
メインのサムギョプサルも、豚の甘みが分かる良い肉で、キムチと一緒に食べれば絶品。
豚足は、他店で食べるような茹でただけのものではなく、控えめながら味付けされていて、嫌いな人でも食べ易い。
当然、酒も進み、生ビール→生マッコリ→チャミスルの一気とガンガン飲んで・・・・
割り勘にして１人4,000円ちょいのお勘定は、高コストパフォーマンス！

近くの会社に勤める方達との飲み会。
１次会としては、食事も美味しいし安いし飲めるし・・・と絶好な店。
軽く一品から、ケランチム、チャプチェ、海鮮チヂミをチョイスし、メインでサムギョプサル。
ドリンクは乾杯ビールを１杯目として、２杯目以降はハイボールやらマッコリやら好きなものを。
大体、このオーダーがいつもの定番コース。
で、今回はサムギョプサルを作った鉄板にてチャーハンを作ってもらう。
５人いたので、ご飯２人前で。
これが美味かった。 店員の方がつきっきりで作ってくれるし、途中で残っていた薬味類やサンチュも入れて、
まるでレタスチャーハンおこげつきの様相。カリカリになったおこげ部分、特に美味でした。
