ランチだけじゃ測れない魅力があるんよ
知る人ぞ知るコリアンタウン赤坂。
今回はその店名からヌルヌルしたものを連想して
しまうヌルンジさんを訪れました。
特に床がヌルヌル滑るわけでもなく、むしろ店内は
キレイです。しかも、ヌルンジとは韓国語で
『おこげ』の意だそうで、ヌルヌルしたものとは
全く無関係であることがわかりました。
注文したのはホルモンチゲ 1,200円です。
いわゆるコプチャンチョンゴルでしょうか。
まずは定番の前菜ラッシュ！
チャプチェ、ブロッコリー、もやし、白菜キムチ、
厚揚げキムチの計5種ですが、どれも旨い！
この店かなりやりよるんちゃうか？
俄然盛り上がるベンチです。
程なくして真打ちのホルモンチゲ登場。
ぐつぐつと気合いの入った音がしよります。
鍋の中央には砂のようにコショーらしきが
降り注いでいますが、どうやらコショーではなく
少しクセのあるスパイスだったようです。
牛のホルモンは丸腸、しま腸、ハチノスといった
面々がゴロゴロしており、どれも柔らかくて旨し！
ただ、過去に食してきたものと比べるとスパイスに
少しクセがあり、ホルモンにも風味が滲みていたので
これを苦手に感じる人もいるかもしれません。
僕としては他のお客さんが食べてたのとか見て、
底知れぬポテンシャルを感じましたけどね。
当然、夜の部にも興味津々です。

今回が3回目となりますが、
チーズタッカルビ定食を注文してみました。
1,100円です。
まずは定番の前菜ラッシュ！
内訳書くのめんどくさいから割愛しますが
総じて旨い傾向にあります。
程なくして真打ちのチーズタッカルビ登場。
画像で伝えきれてないのが残念ですが、
食事中に何度も挫けそうになるくらい
かなりのボリュームがあります。
濃ゆいソースに、たっぷりのチーズ。
大きめの鶏もも肉が6〜7個入ってましたが
中心部までしっかりと味が染み渡っていて
これだけでも酒のつまみになりそうです。
未投稿分も含めると結構な数に達してますが、
赤坂界隈で訪れた韓国料理店の中でも
頭一つ抜けた感のある良店かと思います。
